Five-Step Quality Testing Process
Using a Bromothymol Blue indicator test, we verify that no residual hydrochloric acid is present in the refrigerant. This critical test helps protect system components from corrosion, ensuring only acid-free batches proceed further.
We measure moisture using Karl Fischer Coulometry in triplicate to ensure highly accurate results. Moisture levels are maintained well below the stringent AHRI 700 limit of 10 ppm, helping prevent ice formation, corrosion, and reduced system efficiency.
Specialised gas chromatography identifies unwanted gases and non-condensables that can increase system pressure, reduce cooling efficiency, and raise energy consumption. Every batch is screened to ensure reliable, consistent performance in real-world operating conditions.
