Check that the label is undamaged and your camera is in focus. If the code is unreadable, do not use the cylinder until you have confirmed authenticity. Contact our quality team with the batch number printed on the cylinder and we will verify it manually.

Every batch is tested in our in-house laboratory using Gas Chromatography and Karl Fischer Coulometry before any cylinder is filled. Batches that do not meet AHRI 700 specifications are not approved for release. The verified results are linked to each batch record in DewCheck — so what you access via QR is the actual data from your specific batch.

Natural refrigerants (R-290, R-717): Very low GWP, used in specific commercial refrigeration and industrial process cooling. A3 and B2L flammability classifications require segregated handling infrastructure.
